Legal Framework

Terms of Service

Last updated: February 22, 2026. These Terms govern your use of Pinnacle 360° Logistics' website, tracking platform, quote requests, and freight services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Pinnacle 360° Logistics, requesting quotes, booking shipments, or using our tracking platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have legal authority to enter into agreements, and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered account holders, business clients, and partner carriers. Additional terms may apply to specific services (e.g., enterprise contracts, customs brokerage) and will be provided separately.

2 Services Overview

Pinnacle 360 Logistics provides end-to-end freight forwarding, warehousing, cross-border logistics, and supply chain solutions. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Air, ocean, and road freight transportation
  • Customs brokerage, documentation, and compliance management
  • Warehousing, inventory management, and distribution
  • Real-time tracking, shipment alerts, and reporting
  • Consulting, route optimization, and logistics strategy

All services are subject to availability, carrier capacity, regulatory requirements, and mutual agreement on pricing and terms. Quotes are estimates and not binding until confirmed in writing.

3 User Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information when requesting quotes, booking shipments, or creating accounts. Inaccurate cargo descriptions, weights, or addresses may result in delays, additional fees, or service refusal.

Prohibited Uses: You may not use our services to ship illegal, hazardous, or restricted goods without proper documentation; engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of our platform; or attempt to disrupt our systems or security.

Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your shipments comply with all applicable laws, regulations, customs requirements, and carrier policies in origin, transit, and destination countries.

4 Pricing, Payment & Invoicing

Quotes & Estimates: Quotes provided are based on information supplied at the time of request and are subject to change due to fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, carrier rate adjustments, or unforeseen circumstances. Final pricing is confirmed upon booking acceptance.

Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 15 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law. We reserve the right to require prepayment or security deposits for new clients or high-risk shipments.

Additional Charges: You are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, storage charges, demurrage, detention, and other accessorial fees incurred during transit. These are billed separately and are not included in base freight quotes unless explicitly stated.

5 Liability & Insurance

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinnacle 360 Logistics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service delays, cargo loss, or platform interruptions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific shipment in question.

Cargo Insurance: All shipments include basic carrier liability coverage. Optional comprehensive insurance is available for purchase and recommended for high-value or sensitive cargo. Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery with supporting documentation.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, port closures, weather events, or government actions.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platform—including logos, text, graphics, software, tracking interfaces, and documentation—is owned by or licensed to Pinnacle 360 Logistics and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

7 Account Termination & Modifications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or operational requirements. You may cancel your account anytime by contacting support; however, active shipments will continue under agreed terms until completion.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Europe, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Europe, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
